Sonates d’Automne

In 1990, Jean-Cristophe Gayot, oboist with the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France, launched the Sonates d'Automne Festival in Loches and Beaulieu-lès-Loches, in the Touraine region. Combining the rich architectural heritage of the Lochois region with the finest chamber music, from the greatest hits to forgotten works, without neglecting contemporary music, the Festival has become an unmissable musical event in the Touraine autumn season.

This year, the Festival opens with Bach, Haydn, Schubert, Liszt, Ravel and Fauré. François-Frédéric-Guy on piano, Xavier Phillips on cello and the Fidelio String Quartet. You can also listen to works by Handel, Vivaldi, Rossini, Debussy and others.
