Fête de la Céramique

Organized by the Tout Terre association, the Fête de la Céramique will bring together 34 professional potter-ceramists from all over France to present their latest creations: sculptures, jewelry, tableware, home decorations, decorative pottery for gardens? Their techniques are highly diversified: glazed earthenware, earthenware, stoneware, porcelain, raku, wood-fired, gas-fired and electric kiln-fired.
On the program :
- Friday 13 at 8:30pm, Cinéma Le Majestic will be showing a short film and bonus on Yoland Cazenove, a ceramist with an atypical career path.
- Saturday 14th, at the Musée Richelieu, at 6.30pm, a lecture on the different aspects and techniques of ceramics, by Céline Turpin, director of L?Atelier des Arts Céramiques de Tours.
Exhibitors all weekend.
