The aim of this festival is to revive two of the town's highlights. "De Bouche", with the discovery of local dishes, and "De Blues", the return of the 18-year Blues Festival.
Our formula remains true to the village, and can be summed up in two words: heritage and culture. The dishes to be sampled will allow you to rediscover the French peasant culinary tradition that is now part of our national intangible heritage, of which Tours is one of the capitals. Enjoy traditional Touraine rillettes and rillons, leg of goat's cheese or the gastronomic beuchelle tourangelle.
