Discover the world of the Gizeux baker.
Built in the 18th century, the bread oven could feed up to a hundred people living in this grand residence.
Now back in operation, the baker?s oven is brought back to life for a day to show children the different stages in its manufacture.

Of course, the workshop ends with a tasting session, during which the children are invited to share their own bread rolls.
