16 km from Tours and 8 km from Amboise, Noizay is at the heart of the famous wine growing region of Vouvray and is a dream destination for those wishing to discover the Loire Châteaux. As well as the Royal Châteaux of Amboise, Chenonceau with its impressive arches spanning the river Cher and Chaumont with its gardens, Cheverny and Chambord are also not far from the gîte. In the surrounding area there are several good wine cellars where you can taste the famous Vouvray wines (still or sparkling, dry or sweet). The gîte is situated in the village and is an ideal location for a get together with friends or family over a weekend or longer. Children and adults will love bathing in the natural, safe swimming pool, sure to leave you with some of the best memories of your holiday in Touraine.
