The chef, Fabien Cabrera, after working in several gastronomic restaurants, decided to open his own. In a resolutely New York atmosphere, both for the interior decoration and the jazz music, French cuisine is served with a focus on fresh and seasonal produce.
Here you can simply enjoy prime rib of beef with white truffle, a foie gras duo, house rillons, fried foie gras burger and duck aiguillettes.
To enhance the dishes, fans of Touraine wine have a wide range to choose from.
