Thomas and Denis Gambier are the eighth generation of winemakers on the Domaine des Ouches. At Ingrandes-de-Touraine, in the Bourgueil appellation, the brothers carefully work on 16 hectares of vines, valuing each terroir. They offer a stroll in the vineyards to get to know their different plots. Then, the tour goes on with an unmissable visit of the cellar dug into the tufa and a wine tasting of the different vintages of the estate.
