On 25th August 1944, while Paris celebrated its liberation, 124 inhabitants of the village were tracked down and massacred by German troops. The Maison du Souvenir is an innovative place of remembrance where culture and education mingle. Temporary exhibitions.

On the 25th of August 1944, whilst Paris was celebrating its liberation, 124 inhabitants of the village were hunted down and massacred by german troops. 'La Maison du Souvenir' is an innovative memorial site where culture and pedagogy come together. Temporary exhibitions on the theme; the fate of civilian populations in times of war.
